Downtown Perry's Scarecrow Fest

During October, you'll find scarecrows all over historic downtown Perry. Businesses throughout Perry will show off their skills by creating scarecrows from whatever they can find and displaying them in the historic downtown district. Visitors can judge the scarecrows and vote for their favorite on the Shop Downtown Perry Facebook page.  Participants will craft scarecrows inspired by different decades, showcasing the evolution of style and culture.  The scarecrows will be displayed outdoors, so they can be easily enjoyed during a drive or stroll through downtown.
